Pete took a holistic approach to training, focusing on my goals, but also introducing elements of flexibility and overall nutrition. He is incredibly knowledgeable and flexible, both with his scheduling, but also to adjust the training plan based on what had been happening that day or changing goals. When I happened to mention I was considering a marathon and had knee pain when running, he began to introduce exercises into my training plan that would strengthen my form and performance. His easygoing style allows him to get to know his clients and what motivates them. He knew exactly how far to push and allowed me to progress in ways I would not have thought possible, always keeping safety and form in mind. He was also great with following up after a workout to see how I was feeling. While working with Pete, I quickly saw a marked improvement, surpassed my initial fitness goals, and then set new goals. Best of all, he turned going to the gym from a chore into something I looked forward to.

Pete is wonderful! Due to Covid he came to my house twice a week and helped build knowledge not only in my fitness but nutritional program. Pete is very flexible and I think his prices are very reasonable! I’m very happy with my results and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great personal trainer.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Pete and his program! For some background, I'm in my mid-20s, work an office job 40+ hours per week, and before working with Pete, I hadn’t so much as lifted a weight or jogged for more than 5 minutes since high school. My diet was meh, my energy level was low, and I regularly battle depression and anxiety, so it was important for me to find a trainer who understood the importance of mental health in addition to physical health. Let me just say that Pete is exactly what I was looking for! Pete is a dedicated, engaged, and responsive trainer who took my goals seriously and showed genuine interest and dedication in helping me meet them. Through my experience, Pete was very helpful. Starting off I had issues getting around and with working with him he helped resolve them. Anytime I had any trouble spots he ensured to help adjust where needed. In the end, he also made sure I had all the tools I needed to continue my goal of working out from home and dieting. Highly recommend.

I have some physical limitations and I loved how he was able to be accommodating and made me feel like I could do anything. He was and still is very flexible, I work and go to school full time and he understood and was able to work around my hours. I would 10000000000% recommend him and I will continuously work with him once my semester is over and my time is free!
