1 on 1 Personal Training

Mobility & Joint-Pain Rehab

Rebuild the way your body moves. This program is designed to reduce chronic joint pain, restore mobility, and improve movement quality so you can live, lift, and perform without stiffness or limitations.
Post-Physical-Therapy Bridge Training is a safe and structured transition from rehab back into real-world strength training. Perfect for clients finishing PT who still need guided progression to rebuild strength, restore movement patterns, and prevent re-injury before returning to full training loads.
Ideal for people with:

Small Group Training: 3-5 people

Small group training is an affordable, fun way for you to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. With a small group limited to 3-5 participants, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain high quality experience, allowing the trainer to provide the proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment while getting full custom guidance, supervision and instruction as if it was a 1 on 1 training session.
The sessions are 60 minutes per session 2x a week. The typical time-frame for most small group training programs will be six weeks.
Recovery Services

Recovery is actually one of the most important factors in optimal fitness and physical health. Recovery always seems to be overlooked or neglected when it comes to a proper fitness program or getting the results you desire. Recovery is important for staying injury free, engaging in long-term consistent training, adapting to training, achieving your goals, becoming more resilient, and optimizing your performance.
