Small Group Training: 5-6 people

Small group training is an affordable, fun way for you to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic. With a small group limited to 3-5 participants, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain high quality experience, allowing the trainer to provide the proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment while getting full custom guidance, supervision and instruction as if it was a 1 on 1 training session.

The sessions are 60 minutes per session 2x a week. The typical time-frame for most small group training programs will be six weeks.

Large Group Mobility Classes: 10-15 people

Mobility refers to the way your joints, tendons, ligaments, appendages and body moves in space. Mobility is possibly the most neglected basic ability in any training program. These mobility classes has tons of benefits for those who incorporate it into their wellness routine. You’ll improve your range of motion and your posture while alleviating some everyday aches and pains. You’ll also decrease muscle tension, reduce risk of injury, boost blood circulation and recover faster in between workouts.
