The sessions are 60 minutes per session 2x a week. Small group training programs will be six weeks in duration. Classes are held at AAC Family Wellness in Ballston Spa, NY.

Beginners Foundations Small Group Training Class

With a small group limited to 4 participants, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain a high-quality experience, allowing the trainer to provide the proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment while getting full custom guidance, supervision, and instruction as if it was a 1 on 1 training session. Body weight compound movements as well as various equipment such as TRX suspension trainers, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, and medicine balls will be used throughout the sessions.
