Mobility Classes

Mobility refers to the way your joints, tendons, ligaments, appendages and body moves in space. More specifically, your ability to move your body and limbs freely, easily and painlessly through your desired movement.

Large group mobility class is an affordable, fun way for you to take advantage of the trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while learning, moving, and getting more mobile. With a small group limited to 10-15 participants, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain a high-quality experience, allowing the mobility trainer to provide the proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment while getting full custom guidance, supervision, and instruction.

Elite Mobility: Dynamic Movements

Joint by joint approach to mobilize tissue, stretch and lengthen fibers by going through mobility drills and dynamic stretching. Tissue length is addressed through the use of static and dynamic stretching, which elicits an acute increase in flexibility. This is beneficial, as the increase in range of motion allows better movement quality for the ensuing workout or daily life activities.

Elite Mobility: Foam Rolling and Trigger Point Class

Learn how foam rolling and trigger point therapy can help remove knots from the muscle, help with circulation and lymph flow, alleviate discomfort and tightness and built up stress, improve sleep and reduce injury. Tissue density can be addressed through multiple forms of myofascial release soft tissue mobilization, including high-density foam rollers, tennis balls, lacross balls, massage guns and various soft tissue tools. This class will allow clients to decrease trigger points and knots (adhesions) within muscles, which will lead to improved mobility and movement quality. Learn how to utilize specific tools to help you reach your goals in fitness and mobility. Whether your client is a desk jockey or an elite athlete, improving movement quality and mobility around key areas such as the ankles, shoulders and hips is vital for injury prevention.

Elite Mobility: Band Assisted Stretching

Stretch and elongate muscle fibers, create room and alleviate pressure and discomfort in the joints with the use of heavy resistance bands. Tissue length is addressed through the use of static stretching assisted by band distraction.
