Delete Your Elite Nutrition Account

Elite Nutrition is operated by ELITE ATHLETICS PERFORMANCE LLC. You can permanently delete your Elite Nutrition account from inside the mobile app or request deletion if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Elite Nutrition.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Profile & Account.
  4. Select Delete account, then Delete my account.
  5. Type DELETE when asked to confirm.
  6. Select Permanently delete account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] with the subject Elite Nutrition Account Deletion Request. If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Elite Nutrition account. Do not include nutrition records, passwords, or other sensitive information in the email.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request. If the email address is not sufficient to verify ownership, we will explain the minimum additional verification needed.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the authentication account and associated user-owned data from Elite Nutrition's active systems, including, as applicable:

  • profile and account information;
  • goals, activity and training information;
  • nutrition preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, and targets;
  • food logs, custom and favorite foods or meals, hydration entries, and scores;
  • meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, cooking content, and generated files;
  • profile images and other user-owned stored files; and
  • active coach relationships and associated user-owned relationship data.

Deleting your account terminates any active coach relationship. The coach will no longer have active access to your information through Elite Nutrition.

Limited retention after deletion

Deletion from active systems may not remove every copy immediately. Limited information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, infrastructure or security logs, fraud-prevention records, or a service provider's systems until normal backup and log-rotation periods expire. We may also retain or de-identify limited audit information where reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

We do not use retained backup or log copies to continue providing an active account, and we do not promise instantaneous deletion from every third-party infrastructure system.
